Running Event Vehicle Hire
We’ve been getting sporty… well giving the vehicles a decent workout that is! Read what Run Sandringham and Suffolk Trail Fest had to say about our vehicles and our level of service.
With events now taking place, we are once again delivering short-term hire electric utility vehicles left, right and centre. There’s been a particularly big calling for our vehicles to support running events this year. The two most recent have been Run Sandringham at the Royal Sandringham Estate in June and the Suffolk Trail Fest at Thetford Forest early July.
Our UTVs are the perfect addition to support any event organisers for set up, during the event and as part of the clear away team. For these events, we hired them several vehicles from the fleet including, UBCO 2×2 Work Bikes which were used by event photographers and organisers to get from A to B. Our 4×4 Electric Work Buggies were tasked with travelling around the venues to set up routes and signage for each of the organised races. We even loaned Run Sandringham The Beast to lead the runners around the course.

“We strive to deliver an environmentally friendly running festival, so the electric buggies were absolutely perfect. We used them continuously throughout the 3-day festival and they were an absolute dream.
The hazard light feature was really useful and the fact they are silent meant we didn’t wake up the camp site whilst doing our site jobs. We used them for multiple jobs including getting volunteers to checkpoints, refilling water stations, putting out route and site signage and a multitude of general jobs.
